Counseling for Seniors and Caregivers in California

Virtual and In-Home Sessions Available

Life changes with age — your mental health care should too.

Are you an older adult feeling stuck, overwhelmed, restless, or exhausted?

Caring for a loved one while running on empty?

Losing interest in things you used to enjoy?

Wishing life could feel like it did before a major move, diagnosis, or loss?

You are not alone—and you are in the right place.

Hi, I’m Hannah Wagner.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of

Roseville Elder Services, a private practice dedicated to

supporting the emotional well-being of older adults and

their caregivers in Roseville and the greater Sacramento area.

I provide specialized mental health care for a unique stage of life—supporting adults 55+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the emotional impact of aging. I also work closely with family caregivers experiencing stress, burnout, and the pressure of holding too much for too long.

In addition to therapy, I lead workshops on advance care planning, caregiver resilience, and healthy aging—helping individuals, families, and professionals gain practical tools to improve quality of life.

Support for this stage of life.

At Roseville Elder Services, I offer specialized virtual and in-home counseling designed specifically for 55+ and caregivers.

Life can feel heavier as we age. Loss, change, and transition can create a sense of disconnection—from others, from purpose, and sometimes from yourself.

Grief can feel especially consuming. It may feel like it’s always present in the background, making it harder to feel grounded, engaged, or like yourself.

You don’t have to carry that alone.

With support, grief doesn’t disappear—but it can soften. Over time, space opens for connection, meaning, and steadier days.

Caregiver Support

Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful—but also exhausting.

Many caregivers find their own needs slowly move to the background, leaving little time for rest, reflection, or joy.

You deserve support too.

With the right tools and space, it is possible to restore balance, reconnect with yourself, and continue showing up in a way that feels more sustainable and less depleting.

You thought this season of life would feel different

A time for rest. Travel. Hobbies. Ease. Putting yourself first.

Instead, you may be navigating changing health, loss of independence, grief, or uncertainty about what comes next.

But there are tools to help you move through this season with more clarity and support.

My private practice is dedicated to helping seniors and caregivers just like you.

This kind of support is life changing.

What therapy can offer

Therapy is a space to slow down, be heard and make sense of what you’re carrying.

Together, we focus on:

  • Reducing stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Coping with grief and life transitions

  • Supporting caregiver burnout and fatigue

  • Rebuilding meaning, connection, and stability

Over time, many clients experience greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of direction in their lives.
