Grieving? Worried? Disconnected?

You have come to the right place.

Are you tired of feeling stuck? Do you crave a sense of peace? Are you ready to figure out what is next in this season of life? Are you tired of managing your feelings alone? Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that? I help older adults like you find confidence to step into this new season of life.

My practices focuses on the whole person; mind, body and soul. I help seniors identify what is keeping them stuck and teach them skills that empower them to make changes. I help seniors discover joy and purpose in life again.

I’ve been told by clients that I am warm, authentic & empowering. Clients have shared that they’ve found me to be relatable, kind, understanding, and a source of comfort & encouragement throughout our work together. I am solution focused and provide tools for clients to work with. I have so much respect and admiration for the seniors who have invited me into their lives and allowed me to join them on their path to growth & healing.

I’d be honored to join you, too.

I offer mobile in person sessions for those who find mobility or transportation to be an issue. That’s right, I travel to you. I also offer convenient online and phone appointments throughout the state of California. You can experience the benefits of therapy from the comfort of your home.

Outside of being a therapist I am happily married, a mother of three daughters and grandma to three grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Clients work with me because they are tired of managing their feelings alone and ready to start living the life they want, need, & deserve.

Why Roseville Elder Services?

As a young child I felt drawn to older adults. I was fascinated by their confidence, stories and authenticity. As a Choctaw Native American I was taught to hold my elders in highest respect. I have always valued and cherished the experience and gifts our older adult population has to offer. As I grew up and went to college I realized not everyone has the same level of respect for elders as I have. Once I got my Masters in Social Work and began practicing in different roles and settings I could see there was much work to be done to give our seniors the dignity and respect they deserve.

I have dedicated my life to use my skills and experience to lift the voices of older adults. I believe its important to create a safe space for seniors to process their own pain and experiences in order for them to age with joy and confidence.

Roseville Elder Services is my way of extending the love and respect I have towards seniors. I want to create a path for purpose and healing that can help you step into this next season of life with confidence.

My approach

My therapy approach is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning we will focus on the topics most important to you and spend time exploring how your strengths can be harnessed to create positive change.

I integrate skills into each session so you can practice what you are learning and gain relief from uncomfortable symptoms.

I help you gain a better understanding of yourself, your mind, & your body through an integrative lens. I use a variety of treatment modalities & personalize my approach based on your specific needs.

I am glad you are here.
