We’ll talk on the phone for 15-minute to make sure I’m the right therapist for you!
During the phone call, I’ll ask a few questions to learn more about you and why you’re seeking therapy. I’ll tell you about my approach, review cost of sessions, and my recommended frequency of appointments — this is way you have a clear understanding of what to expect should we decide to work together.
If either of us decide that we’re not the best fit, that’s okay — I can still help by referring you to another therapist or a local agency that can better fit your needs and/or preferences.
If we are a good fit and you want to proceed we will schedule the 1st intake appointment.
